An Articulation/Phonology Update

Associate Professor/Associate Director
MGH Institute of Health Professions, Boston, MA

Dr. Lof is a teacher, clinician, researcher and supervisor. His primary interest is articulation and phonological disorders in children. He has served as an editorial consultant for all of ASHA’s main professional journals. This professional offering will touch on the controversies surrounding childhood apraxia of speech, the efficacy of oral motor exercises, updates on normative developmental data for phonology, and remediation issues. Come hear the latest information in the areas of articulation and phonology.

After a long wait, the new Guidelines are here! Here is your chance to go through them with one of the people so instrumental in the revisions. Dr. Staskowski will review key portions of the revised Guidelines and share insights about RtI (Response to Intervention) and its applicability to the revisions.  Participants will receive a complete copy of the Guidelines as part of this learning opportunity.
